Chart Printing, straight from your file to the printer, a chart you have compiled and saved, using either

• The Master Genealogist
• Family Tree Super Tools
• Family Treemaker
• Legacy
• PDF file

Otherwise, send a GEDCOM file to have a Custom Chart  made for you.

If you have made your chart and one measurement is larger than 24", it may be possible to shrink the chart slightly to fit on the 24" printer roll.  Alternatively, if your chart is narrow and long eg. 10" x 48", it may be possible to fit two charts on the one print run, for the same print cost.  Please contact me to discuss any of the above options.

1st chart charged at full cost - extra copies ordered and paid for at the same time receive a 30% discount on printing cost and no additional setup fee is charged.

Process

If using The Master Genealogist or Family Tree Super Tools:-

• Make your chart and save it using .vc2 file extension.
• Send an email to info@keepsakegenealogycharts.com.au with the chart file as an attachment.
• Go to the Print Your Chart Online Order Form below, complete the form and click on SUBMIT.

 

If using Family Treemaker (early versions):

• Make your chart and save it in Family Tree Maker. Export your .ftw file and the chart will be included in the data file.
• Send an email to info@keepsakegenealogycharts.com.au with the data file as an attachment.
• Go to the Print Your Chart Online Order Form below, complete the form and click on SUBMIT.

If using Family Treemaker (latest version)

• Make your chart and save it as a one page PDF.
• Send an email to info@keepsakegenealogycharts.com.au with the PDF file as an attachment.
• Go to the Print Your Chart Online Order Form below, complete the form and click on SUBMIT.

If sending a PDF file:

• Send your PDF file as an email attachment.
• Go to the Print Your Chart Online Order Form below, complete the form and click on SUBMIT.  

NOTE: Large files (over 5mb) may need to be compressed if sending as an email.  Alternatively, save your file to CD/DVD or USB and post to P.O Box 5255, Erina Fair Shopping Centre, ERINA FAIR, NSW 2250 Australia.

Payment Options for this product: Australia - PayPal Secure Payments / Direct Bank Deposit / Cheque / Money Order Outside Australia - PayPal Secure Payments only. You do not need a PayPal Account to use PayPal Secure Payments. PayPal payment options are Visa/Mastercard or PayPal Account (if you have one).  There is not a PayPal button for this product, as every order is a different price.  If you choose the PayPal option on the Online Order form (below), a PayPal Payment Request email will be sent to you.

Charges

• $10 set up fee + chart printing cost + $9.50 postage & handling for charts up to 500 grams mailed regular parcel post within Australia.  Postage over 500g mailed regular parcel post between $10.00 - $15.00 depending on weight and distance (within Australia).
• Registered post by request.
• Postage for charts outside Australia - Price on application
• Go to Chart Printing Costs for a guide.  A detailed costing will be sent for approval prior to payment and printing.
• DO NOT send payment until total cost confirmed. Only send saved data file and order at this stage.
• Charts posted rolled in a mailing tube or carton.
• Colour reproduction can vary slightly to that shown on a monitor.
• All prices in Australian Dollars.
