Process - To receive a free, no obligation quotation

• Save and export your relevant data file using your software or GEDCOM.
• Send an email to info@keepsakegenealogycharts.com.au with the data file as an attachment. 
• Email any photos, clip art etc. to be used on the chart.
• Go to the Custom Chart Order Form below, complete the form and click on SUBMIT.  After receiving your order, data file and attachments for review, and following any necessary consultations with you, a quotation will be prepared along with a JPEG image of your chart which will be emailed to you for approval prior to payment and printing. 
• The Custom Chart Order Form is the starting point for a basic chart, if you require additional features, please enter these in the  "Any further Instructions" box on the Custom Chart Order Form, or email me to discuss.
• If your genealogy software allows for small photos to be added to an individual text data box, the photos need to be included in the data set eg. if using Family Tree Maker the photo should be saved in Scrapbook before the data file is saved. One photo per person only.

NOTE: Large files (over 5mb) need to be compressed if sending as an email. Alternatively, save your file, photos, clip art etc. to a CD/DVD or USB and post to P.O Box 5255, Erina Fair Shopping Centre, ERINA FAIR, NSW 2250 Australia.

Charges

• Basic Chart -  $20 set fee for a basic chart if it follows the Custom Chart order form, allows for 1 photo of the focus person, with no additional requirements + chart printing costs + $8.50 postage and handling for charts up to 500 grams mailed within Australia.  Postage on charts over 500g, will be advised, depending on weight and distance.
• Advanced Chart (which could include special colouring, photos, compilation charts etc) - $30 per hour for consultation/chart preparation + chart printing costs + $8.50 postage and handling for charts up to 500 grams mailed within Australia.  Postage on charts over 500g, will be advised, depending on weight and distance.
• Postage for charts mailed outside Australia - Price on Application.
• Go to Chart Printing Costs  for a guide. A detailed costing will be sent for approval prior to payment and printing.
• DO NOT send payment until total cost confirmed. Only send saved data file, any attachments and order at this stage.
• Charts posted rolled in a mailing tube or carton.
• Colour reproduction can vary slightly to that shown on a monitor.
• All prices in Australian Dollars.
